Shipping and delivery

Deliveries in Italy are normally via express courier.
Express couriers normally deliver within standard working hours (from 8 am to 6 pm) without notice by telephone.

Indicatively, without this implying any constraint for and subject to the availability on the market of the products as well as any causes of force majeure, the goods will be delivered by to the courier within 48/72 hours from the first working day following the date of receipt of the order (in the case of payment by credit card or payment by cash on delivery to the courier).

At the time of delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Cost and delivery times

Delivery times are related to the type of shipment selected by the customer at the time of purchase. The couriers used do not make preventive phone calls or handle requests for shipments at particular times. Transport and insurance costs are € 10.00 for Italy and Europe.
