Description

WOOD FIBER MULCH is a 100% wood-fiber hydromulch for hydroseeding and erosion control. Upon application, it forms a protective cover that stabilizes seed, creates a microclimate conducive to germination, and improves uniformity and establishment. The fibers—produced from chips thermo-mechanically treated at 180°C—are long, clean, and sterile. The added green pigmentation facilitates visual control of coverage and is non-toxic to animals and the environment.
It contains no tackifier: it must be mixed with binders during tank preparation (e.g., VERDEMAX), with which it can achieve water retention up to 22× (2,200%).

Packaging & use: 17 kg bales (0.42 × 0.34 × 0.62 m); typical dilution ~400 L of water with a paddle mechanical agitator. Functional longevity up to 6 months (field-verified).

EURO-MAT FGM is a blended product, ready to use, %100 bio-degradable, and is made of “PREMIUM” vegetable fibers (NFU code: 444551) with the addition of stabilizing agents, germination activators and growth enhancers. Its performance level is superior to that of mulches in the SMM (Stabilized Mulch Matrix), BFM (Bonded Fibre Matrix) or EFM (Engineered Fiber Matrix) ranges.

Description

HYDRO-MULCH “UE” is a compound of vegetable fibres (NFU 44-4551) specifically designed for hydroseeding and hydro-mulching work.
Made from “noble” prime materials, it biodegrades into the soil and is easily assimilated by vegetation.

ACTION

Hydro-mulch acts on three levels:

• “Temporary” protection against erosion (> 6): forms a “barrier” that absorbs the impact of rain (splash effect) and favours the flow of rainwater
• Germination accelerator: its water retention capacity allows the seeds to develop in a “controlled” environment where it concerns temperature and hydro stress, limiting temperature changes and evaporation.
• Increases performance levels: it improves the mixture with seeds, fertilisers and fixers by homogenising its distribution to the soil. It also protects the seeds by reducing the effects of friction during the passage through the pump of hydroseeding machinery.

VERDEFLEX is a hydroseeding adhesive designed to work in combination with WOOD FIBER MULCH: it consolidates the applied layer by bonding the fibers together and anchoring them effectively to the soil. It increases the mulch’s water retention and supports germination; it also improves slurry flow in the tank, enhancing pumping and spray distance, and reduces dust emissions on stockpiles. The product is chemically inert and environmentally safe.
Packaging: 5 kg and 20 kg bags. Indicative rates: 5 kg/500 L, 20 kg/2,000 L, 40 kg/4,000 L, 80 kg/8,000 L. Shelf life:up to 2 years (store in a cool, dry place).

Description

SOIL-FIX is a water-soluble polyacrylamide-based soil stabiliser specially formulated for hydroseeding.
It greatly reduces soil erosion due to surface water runoff and increases soil permeability.
No product toxicity has been identified in either water or soil.The product is has been approved in the United States by the Food and Drug Administration and in France by the Department of Health.

ACTION
